Eastnat is a Kenyan wellness brand offering natural, chemical-free food and body products made from crops grown by smallholder farmers and women’s groups. We believe in wholesome nutrition, ethical sourcing, and local impact.
Where are your products made?
All our products are proudly made in Kenya, using ingredients sourced directly from Kenyan farmers and cooperatives.
Ordering & Delivery
How do I place an order?
You can place your order through our website, via WhatsApp, text, or by calling us. We also accept orders via our social media platforms.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes. Our physical store is located at HH Towers, 8th Floor, Shop 807. We also fulfill orders online through doorstep deliveries across Kenya for faster and more convenient service.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Nairobi and surrounding areas are typically delivered within hours. Upcountry deliveries are usually made overnight, depending on location.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees range between Ksh. 100–1,000 depending on location, parcel weight, and your preferred delivery method. For instance, overnight delivery via Fargo may cost Ksh. 350, while express courier delivery may cost around Ksh. 800.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa and card payments, as provided for on our website.
Can I pay on delivery?
No. To streamline logistics, we encourage prepayment via M-Pesa or card before dispatch.
Products & Ingredients
Are your products certified organic?
Some of our products are certified and labelled as organic. While not all are officially certified, all Eastnat products are natural, chemical-free, and ethically sourced.
Do your nut butters contain additives or preservatives?
No. Our nut butters are 100% pure, no additives, no preservatives, just wholesome goodness.
Are your products safe for children and pregnant women?
Yes. Our products are natural and safe. However, if you have allergies or specific dietary concerns, please consult a healthcare provider.

Product Usage
How should I store Eastnat nut butter?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, stir well and close the lid tightly after each use.
My nut butter has oil on top, is that normal?
Yes! Oil separation is natural because we don’t use stabilizers. Just stir it back in before use.
Can I use your nut butter in cooking or baking?
Absolutely. Our nut butters are perfect for smoothies, sauces, baby meals, baking, or simply spreading on bread or fruit.
How do I store seamoss gel and cold-pressed juices?
Both are highly perishable. Seamoss gel should be refrigerated at 2°C or below and used within 2 weeks. Cold-pressed juices should be consumed within 3 days of purchase.

Are your products gluten-free?
Yes. Our nut butters and most other products are naturally gluten-free. However, we do not operate a certified gluten-free facility.
Are your products vegan-friendly?
Yes. Most of our food products are plant-based and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
I’m managing my weight. Are your products suitable?
Yes. Our products are nutrient-dense, free of added sugars and artificial fillers. Just portion mindfully, they’re rich in healthy fats and protein.
Allergies & Intolerances
Do your products contain allergens?
Yes. Our nut butters may contain peanuts, cashews, or sesame. All allergens are clearly labelled.
Do you have a peanut-free facility?
Not at the moment. We process multiple nut types in the same space and follow strict food safety standards, but cross-contamination may still occur.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 12 hours of receiving the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, provided the order hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary changes.
